The conditions below form the basis of any contract between you and Patagonia Golf (the Company).
When you contact the Company to book your tour, you appoint them to act as your agent to obtain the requested services for you.
When they have done so, and you have confirmed the booking and paid the deposit, they will accept responsibility for providing your vacation from that point, onwards. No employee or representative of the Company has the authority to change these conditions or information.

After your booking been confirmed a 30% deposit per person must be paid at the time of booking.
We reserve the right to ask for an additional deposit amount for certain bookings where we need to pre-pay to the supplier(s) an additional sum to secure a booking.
The balance of the price of your product must be paid no later than 6 weeks in advance of your date of travel, (the “Balance Due Date”). If the deposit, balance or final balance (as applicable) is not paid by the Balance Due Date, Patagonia Golf reserves the right to cancel your booking and retain your deposit paid.
The cost of your tour does not include any services than those specifically included in the price of your holiday as set out in your booking confirmation. You must pay the hotel directly for such additional services..
Notification of cancellation by a client must be forwarded in writing to Patagonia Golf. Cancellation charges vary dependent on the travel package purchased.
The schedule of cancellation charges for various packages is listed on your reservation form.
No refund will be made for unused portions of a travel package or internal flights.
Patagonia Golf considers adequate travel insurance to be essential. If you decide not to purchase golf travel insurance, or it is unavailable, you must ensure that any alternative policy you purchase covers as a minimum the cost of cancellation by you, or, if you travel outside your country, the full costs that could be incurred in the event of you suffering an accident or illness, including repatriation.
It is your responsibility to ensure that the insurance cover you purchase is adequate for your particular needs.
Patagonia Golf does not check insurance policies. Please read your policy details carefully and take them with you when you travel.
Patagonia Golf does not accept any liability for any possible loss that you suffer as a result of your failure to take out an adequate insurance policy
Flight timings are provided by airlines and may be modify due to Air Traffic Control restrictions. All means of transportation are subject to weather conditions, the need for constant maintenance and the ability of passengers to check-in on time.
There is no guarantee that flights, ferries, ships, trains or regular coaches will depart at the times stated on any itinerary or tickets which you receive. All timings are estimates only, and we do not accept any liability for any delay, however arising, or for any schedule alterations.
Patagonia Golf has made a careful selection of its services suppliers, such as hotels, restaurants, transportation, Golf Courses, Guides and other services.
Nevertheless, since these are independent suppliers, Patagonia Golf can not be liable for death, personal injury or any other loss that may occur due to any other event over which it has no control.
The contract, billing and issue of travel documentation by Patagonia Golf of any program or service requested and delivered, implies for the agency and for the passenger the acceptance of the present General Conditions and work as a supporting document or travel agreement.
